Do candidates pay any placement fee?

No. We never charge candidates for placement. Course fees apply for our skill training programs, but placements themselves are free.

What's the service-charge model for employers?

For job mela candidates, we charge a one-time fee per hire, typically a percentage of the annualized CTC. For retainer partners, we build a custom monthly arrangement.

How fast can you deliver candidates?

First batch within 3–5 working days for most entry-level roles. Specialised tech roles may take 2–3 weeks.

Do you hire outside of India?

Currently India only, with occasional placements in the GCC for skilled trades. We plan to expand to UAE and Saudi Arabia in 2027.
